VISIT KRIS WINE IN OUR WINE GARDEN SATURDAY & SUNDAY

The San Francisco Flower & Garden Show invites you to the KRIS Wine “On The Patio” experience as part of this year’s Wine Garden.  Experience KRIS Wine- a fresh and fun, easy to drink wine that is perfect for patio sipping with friends and family. KRIS Wine will be offering up samples of their Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir.  After enjoying your sample, swing around the corner for a fun animated photo session with your friends! Don’t forget to ask about joining The KRIS Society to find out all the benefits it can bring!

In  the North Hall:

Hot Pick Plants – the Western Horticulture Society has gathered up new releases and latest plant introduction for nurseries, growers and hybridizers across the state.  You’ll find unique and rare plants in addition to native and drought tolerant plant on display.

Edible Garden – will illustrate creative ways to grow your own food no matter the size of your yard.  Investigate the unique growing methods, interesting plants selection, the latest growing containers and equipment.

Seeds of Knowledge talks – Our exhibitors and speakers are a wealth of knowledge!    And they are eager to share.  The Edible Garden will be the site for a variety of short talks on a wide range of gardening topics.  These informal 15 to 20 minute talks will vary each day.  Check out the schedule posted daily at the Edible Garden.  

Sproutopia – We are in the business of growing life-long gardeners!  What better way to start than to give the “little ones” creative activities while introduction them to the fun of gardening.


In the South Hall:

Tablescapes – Need ideas for your next party…we’ve asked top designer from Filoli, LaBonne Cuisine Catering & Event and McCall’s Catering & Events to provide their take on a “garden party” setting.  We hope you find their creations inspiring.

Backyard Paradise – “paradise” can be found in small spaces!  See how our designers, Custom Coops, Dietter Waterscapes, Essence of the Tree and Urban Farm Girls Garden Design, define their paradise.

San Francisco Bonsai Society – Since the 1960’s the San Francisco Bonsai Society has had just one goal; to perpetuate the enjoyment of the art of bonsai.  Their wonderful bonsai displays and instructional talks achieve that goal.

Ikebana Displays – the Sogetsu San Francisco Bay Area Branch are responsible for the artistic designs on display in the South Hall.  A special thank you is extended to Sahshah Middleton for the beautiful display in the Lobby.

Soul Flower Farms Hands-On workshop – Join Maya Blow as she leads you in a hands-on workshop where you will create either an organic lip balm or herbal bath salts.  This work shop will be held at 12:30pm and 4:00pm each day.  The class size will be limited to 20, but with room for other to watch and learn.  Attendees can sign up for the class at Soul Flowers booth 110 S.
